At the heart of the Swiss alps, our garden is a source of rare ingredients, and a unique vantage point for observing the plant world
More than anywhere else in the world, plants growing in the Swiss Alps are subject to extreme and rapidly changing weather conditions (high altitude, cold, snow, wind, UV rays, dryness, humidity).
To flourish in this environment, nature must permanently adapt and develop its own defenses against external aggressions. Here, at an altitude of 1,500 meters, the Alpeor research team found its source of inspiration: a secret garden nestled at the heart
of the mountains with over 4,000 rare plant species growing in a genuine open-air laboratory for our biologists.
