General sales conditions
1. Legal Notice
Welcome to alpeor.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (hereinafter “the Client”) on the Site, operated by Elvacare SA (a joint-stock company) with a capital of CHF 188,235.00, whose registered office is located at Avouillons 10, 1196 Gland, VD Switzerland, and registered in the commercial register under number CHE-105.691.647.
2. Scope of Application
These GTC govern all sales of cosmetic products and related services offered on the Site. By placing an order on the Site, the Client unreservedly accepts these GTC.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, is the property of Elvacare SA and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Client is not authorized to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Site without prior written permission from Elvacare SA.
4. Offer and Contract Formation
Product and service offers remain valid as long as they are visible on the Site and subject to availability. Elvacare SA cannot be held responsible for product unavailability in case of stockout. Product photos are non-contractual. The order becomes final once the Client receives an order confirmation by email.
The Client must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, the Client declares to be 18 years or older and to have full legal capacity.
If an order is validated by mistake despite product unavailability, the Client may request a refund, which will be issued within a maximum of 30 days after the payment of the order.
5. Prices and Payment
Product prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included (TTC). Delivery fees are not included in the displayed price and will be added to the total amount of the order. Payment may be made by credit card or any other payment method authorized by Elvacare SA on the Site. Payment is required at the time of order. The total order amount must not exceed CHF 3,000 per transaction. If this limit is exceeded, the order will be automatically cancelled.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client at the time of order. Only addresses located in countries authorized by Elvacare SA will be accepted for orders placed on the Site. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability. Elvacare SA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. Delivery fees are indicated at the time of order.
7. Transfer of Risk
The risks related to the loss or damage of the products are transferred to the Client upon receipt of the products by the Client.
8. Warranty and Returns
8.1 Defective or Damaged Products
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with legal provisions. In case of a defective or damaged product, the Client may request a replacement or refund. The Client has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise this right. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, and in the same condition as when received. If return conditions are met and a refund is requested, it will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the product by Elvacare SA. All risks related to the return of the product are assumed by the buyer.
8.2 Product Dissatisfaction
If the Client is not satisfied with the product, they may return it within 7 days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, and in a new condition. If return conditions are met and a refund is requested, it will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the product by Elvacare SA. All risks related to the return of the product are assumed by the buyer.

10. Data Protection
Personal data collected on the Site is processed in accordance with our Data Protection Policy, available at the following link: protection policy. The Client has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port, and object to the processing of their personal data.
11. Cookies
The Site uses cookies to enhance the user experience and optimize the Site’s performance. Cookies are small text files stored on the Client’s computer or mobile device when they visit the Site. The cookies used on the Site help preserve the Client’s preferences, collect anonymous usage statistics, and display personalized advertisements. Elvacare SA only uses cookies for the purpose of optimizing and improving the user experience on alpeor.com.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts at the registered office of Elvacare SA will have jurisdiction. The place of jurisdiction is Nyon, in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
13. Final Provisions
Elvacare SA reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the Client’s order. If any provision of the GTC is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
